The Tubus Tara is a proven low-rider front rack built for dependable touring, commuting and long-distance riding.
A globe-trotting companion for more than 25 years, the Tara has been continually refined for improved durability and compatibility. Updates include replacing three individual mounting holes with a single longitudinal slot, along with a revised fork mounting system that allows more flexible positioning across a wider range of forks. Tubus has also introduced a neat mounting option for its headlight holder on this classic front carrier.
With its simple, functional design, the Tara is easy to install and pairs beautifully with rear carriers such as the Tubus Logo for fully equipped touring setups.
Please note: the Tara is not suitable for spring forks or carbon forks without eyelets. The fork must be approved by the fork manufacturer, or by the bicycle manufacturer, for carrier mounting, and must not be crimped.
