How ordering works

1) Enquiry and guidance
Tell us what you’re aiming to do with the bike (commute, fitness, cargo, travel, storage constraints). We’ll guide you toward the best options and sizing.

2) Availability and quoting
Availability varies by brand and season. Once we confirm current options, we’ll provide a clear quote and next steps.

3) Workshop preparation
Every bicycle supplied through Balmain Bicycle Mechanic is assembled, adjusted and inspected in our Rozelle workshop so it’s safe, comfortable and ready to ride.
