Designed for everyday commuting and touring, the QL3.1 system allows the mounting rail to be fixed to either the left or right side of your rack. With full adjustability in height and angle, it ensures optimal positioning for comfort and stability across a wide range of setups.
Ortlieb’s latest commuter bags, including the Downtown and Office series, feature an improved smooth backing plate, enhancing carrying comfort off the bike while maintaining a secure connection when riding.
The upper mounting clips include an automatic locking mechanism, allowing for simple one-handed operation. Just lift the handle to release the pannier — the system opens and closes automatically for quick transitions on and off the bike.
Please note: the QL3.1 system is not compatible with the QL2 system and cannot be retrofitted.
