About the Classic Sport (CS26):

The Classic Sport is a prime example of the Japanese thinking that guides us. The 26” wheel size was originally meant to help smaller riders. But it’s ultimately helpful to everyone, with faster acceleration, a profile that’s easier to get on and off public transport, and a footprint that can be stored away inside any apartment. The smaller wheel size can still accommodate a thicker tire for a smoother ride, and plenty of chances to let your mind wander. The frame’s stiff rear triangle and relaxed front-end achieve a rare combination of agility and comfort. And a Shimano Rapid Fire shifter with 8-speeds turn hill climbs into unexpected moments of tranquility.
